Hendy Car Store Exeter were fantastic because they spent a lot of time with us as I was originally looking at a van but decided that it wasn’t for me & took a completely different approach on a Bmw X5 so needed more time with the salesman Owen who was very helpful & patient & nothing was too much trouble.
He took us out for a test drive & even took us to an off street car park so the wife could get used to an automatic.
He made the sale as smoothly as possible by arranging the insurance to drive home & the road tax also fuelled the vehicle & us with coffee!
I'd definitely recommend Hendy Car Store Exeter to friends and family because this is the second time I have purchased a car from this dealership and each time they have been amazing. Josh was the man dealing with me this time and he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with

Good experience. Salesman manager blunt and condescending on the phone when asking about whether there was any movement on the car price. Understand if there was no movement but could have been communicated in a different manner. Despite this the service was very good and good communication throughout purchase. Car could have been washed on exterior prior to delivery, was quite dirty.
I would recommend Hendy Car Store Exeter to friends and family because always great to deal with. We have had 3 cars from them now. We had Josh this time, he was brilliant, helpful, polite. There was no car we like @ Exeter. So Josh found one online @ Portsmouth Hendy. Had it delivered to Exeter so we could have a look & test drive. He came in on his day off for us to test drive. He sorted all the paperwork so we could have it on the day we came to test drive it. Thank you Josh, we have really happy with our new car
